ESG Strategy
Pacific embraces ESG as a core philosophy that extends beyond financial performance, focusing on long-term corporate sustainability.
We are committed to integrating environmental, social and governance values, which may not always be visible but are essential for a better future, into every aspect of our investment processes and overall business strategy. Our goal is to drive sustainable prosperity for all stakeholders, including our investors.
ESG Governance
Pacific has established a company-wide ESG governance framework to drive sustainable management.
An ESG committee, chaired by the CEO, sets the overall strategic direction for sustainability and reviews performance outcomes.
The ESG Working Group, consisting of the Investment, Asset Management, Corporate Services, and Risk Management, is responsible for implementing ESG initiatives and proposing key agenda items for the ESG committee's consideration.
The ESG committee reviews the following topics:
ESG Activities and Achievements Pacific sets clear goals across all ESG areas and is committed to achieving them.
In the environmental dimension, we promote sustainable built environments through global certification standards. In the social dimension, we foster growth alongside our employees, supply chain partners, and local communities by prioritizing people-centered values. In governance, we build transparent and trustworthy systems to support stable and sustainable growth.
We also assess our performance annually and identify new challenges to continuously move forward.
ESG-based portfolio expansion
GRESB is a leading ESG benchmark assessing environmental impact and stakeholder engagement in real estate portfolios.
Pacific has participated in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment for three consecutive years with its Sunny Data Center portfolio, demonstrating our commitment to ESG disclosure and portfolio growth aligned with global sustainability standards.
Our Commitment to a Sustainable Future
Pacific is committed to social responsibility across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas and provides transparent information to stakeholders through the publication of its Sustainability Report.
This report is prepared based on the international GRI Standards and includes both financial and non-financial strategies and performance to promote sustainability integration. Moving forward, Pacific will continue to actively communicate with stakeholders by publishing a Sustainability Report annually.
